Every good leader is a learner; and every disciple is on a path of

growth. For those who want to stretch themselves in these areas,

Pastor Joe is creating a Leadership Development Group. This group

will use a collaborative learning model, which means each

participant takes part in leading the whole group. This group will

meet once a month (scheduled to be the 4th Thursday of every

month) with an accountability partner meeting and preparation in

between (read a book, watch a video, etc). The first meeting is

introductory, so you can come check things out before you commit.

Participants will be asked to commit to a year, but we envision the

program as an ongoing ministry of SBC. Let Pastor Joe know about

your interest. If needed, we may start an additional group that meets

on a different day. First meeting will be Thursday, January 27th @

6:30pm.
